Steph gave us a malachite lion
for travel safeties.
Today our trip to Budapest via Reykjavik and Munich begins! All my work work is delegated to capable hands, but I am feeling overwhelmed with my present task, as though I reeeeeeally don't want to go; so I am not doing what I should be, namely PACKING! But it will all happen, I know...praying for a safe and pleasant time--24 hours from now we will be soaking in THE BLUE LAGOON!!!
Well, it did happen; all those "one more thing"s have been addressed, well, that could be. Everything got packed and weighed and we are set to go! I don't even think we forgot anything--famous last words...
Steph is bringing us to the airport, which is greatly appreciated; it's nice to not have to worry about parking or transportation issues. And she is picking us up when we return--so nice! Bigger than that, though, is all the help with the phone usage overseas and what to use and not use; she set up my world clock and helped me pick out a cool lens to have some picture taking variety. Thank you, Chickie!
